Follow the signage to vendor check\u2011in \u2014 our team will guide you to your assigned location.<\/p><p><strong>Booth Space &amp; Canopy Guidelines<br \/><\/strong> Vendor spaces have room for a <strong>10&#8242; \u00d7 10&#8242; canopy<\/strong>. You will need to bring your own canopy, tables, and displays. If you choose to set up a canopy, please make sure it is <strong>securely weighted<\/strong> \u2014 the show is on asphalt, and stakes cannot be used.<\/p><p><strong>Power, Water &amp; Connectivity<br \/><\/strong> Power and water are <strong>not available<\/strong> at vendor spaces. Generator use in the parking lot is <strong>not confirmed<\/strong>, so please plan to operate without one. WiFi availability is <strong>unknown<\/strong>, so we recommend preparing for offline payment or display options.<\/p><p><strong>Parking &amp; Event Flow<\/strong> <br \/>After unloading, please move your vehicle to vendor parking so the show area remains clear for attendees and photos.<\/p><p><strong>Staying for the Full Event<\/strong> <br \/>We encourage vendors to stay for the full event until <strong>3 PM<\/strong>, as it helps maintain a smooth experience for attendees. We understand there may be situations where a vendor needs to leave early, and we will accommodate those cases when necessary. If inclement weather develops, VWEC may call an early teardown for everyone\u2019s safety.<\/p><p><strong>Support During the Event<\/strong> <br \/>VWEC volunteers will be available throughout the day
