This applies to all attendees, registrants, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and guests.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Photography &amp; Video<\/strong> VWEC staff, volunteers, and approved media partners may capture photos and video throughout the event, including:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li><p>Vehicles<\/p><\/li><li><p>Attendees<\/p><\/li><li><p>Vendors<\/p><\/li><li><p>Awards and activities<\/p><\/li><li><p>General event atmosphere<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>These images may include identifiable individuals.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>How Media May Be Used<\/strong> Captured media may be used for:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li><p>Event promotion<\/p><\/li><li><p>Social media posts<\/p><\/li><li><p>Website galleries<\/p><\/li><li><p>Printed materials<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sponsor recap packages<\/p><\/li><li><p>Future VWEC event marketing<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Media may be edited, cropped, or combined with other content.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Your Rights<\/strong> If you prefer not to appear in photos or video:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li><p>Notify the Headquarters Tent at check\u2011in<\/p><\/li><li><p>Avoid staged photo areas and interview zones<\/p><\/li><li><p>Inform photographers directly when nearby<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>VWEC will make reasonable efforts to honor requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide\u2011angle crowd shots.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Minors<\/strong> Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors and advising staff if media restrictions apply.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Revocation<\/strong> You may request removal of a specific image from our website or social media by contacting <strong>carshows@govwec.org<\/strong>.
