Overview By attending VWEC‑hosted or VWEC‑supported events, you agree to this Photo & Media Consent policy. This applies to all attendees, registrants, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and guests.

Photography & Video VWEC staff, volunteers, and approved media partners may capture photos and video throughout the event, including:

• Vehicles

• Attendees

• Vendors

• Awards and activities

• General event atmosphere

These images may include identifiable individuals.

How Media May Be Used Captured media may be used for:

• Event promotion

• Social media posts

• Website galleries

• Printed materials

• Sponsor recap packages

• Future VWEC event marketing

Media may be edited, cropped, or combined with other content.

Your Rights If you prefer not to appear in photos or video:

• Notify the Headquarters Tent at check‑in

• Avoid staged photo areas and interview zones

• Inform photographers directly when nearby

VWEC will make reasonable efforts to honor requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide‑angle crowd shots.

Minors Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors and advising staff if media restrictions apply.

Revocation You may request removal of a specific image from our website or social media by contacting carshows@govwec.org. Requests will be honored when feasible and when the image is not part of printed materials, sponsor deliverables, or required documentation.
