Vendor Setup & Arrival
Please arrive between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM so you have time to unload, park, and get your booth arranged before the event opens at 11 AM. Follow the signage to vendor check‑in — our team will guide you to your assigned location.
Booth Space & Canopy Guidelines
Vendor spaces have room for a 10′ × 10′ canopy. You will need to bring your own canopy, tables, and displays. If you choose to set up a canopy, please make sure it is securely weighted — the show is on asphalt, and stakes cannot be used.
Power, Water & Connectivity
Power and water are not available at vendor spaces. Generator use in the parking lot is not confirmed, so please plan to operate without one. WiFi availability is unknown, so we recommend preparing for offline payment or display options.
Parking & Event Flow
After unloading, please move your vehicle to vendor parking so the show area remains clear for attendees and photos.
Staying for the Full Event
We encourage vendors to stay for the full event until 3 PM, as it helps maintain a smooth experience for attendees. We understand there may be situations where a vendor needs to leave early, and we will accommodate those cases when necessary. If inclement weather develops, VWEC may call an early teardown for everyone’s safety.
Support During the Event
VWEC volunteers will be available throughout the day if you need assistance or have questions.
